We are pleased to advise dog owners and trainers that the arena will be available for initial hire from 1st October 2014. Our basic rates are as provided below in our published flier:   ‘To Dog Owners, Trainers, Event Organisers Please be aware that as from 1st October 2014, we are solely offering our indoor arena and outdoor training facilities for dog agility training, events and competitions. Our standard rate for using our indoor arena (60 m x 20 m) or outdoor training area (65 m x 34 m) with dog agility equipment for training is £12 / 3 dogs and £1.50 per additional dog. Our Indoor arena will be closing on Monday 1st September at 6.00 pm for equestrian use. We will still be offering the hire of the arena on Sunday 31st August and Monday 1st September up until 6.00pm. We wish to thank all the horse riding community for all their support over the past 8 years and we hope you will have fond memories of your visits here and with us providing you all with safe and well designed equestrian facilities. Though as of 27.08.14, we have not signed a lease with a new tenant, Jill and I have decided that should this deal not complete, then our venue will change to a dog agility venue providing excellent facilities for hosting competitions and training for dog agility clubs and groups of dog owners or individuals.

DIY Livery Stables now available for hire

We currently have two stables for hire (28.06.14) and anyone interested can simply message us or call Jill on 07771 346512 and we would be happy to arrange a viewing. We only offer DIY livery and generally we prefer Geldings only on our premises. We currently charge £96 / Calendar Month and ask for a £20 / horse,  up front deposit which will be returned when leaving the hired stable in good clean condition including tack room, yard and paddocks as applicable. We offer the following facilities: Secure premises with single point access. Entrance gates are securely locked at night but should late access be required at night (or early hours) this can be prior agreement. Our stables are generally 3.6m (12′) x 3.6m (12′ ) with masonry construction in a central courtyard. Each stable has lighting, hay net hooks and manger, with solid roof construction. Hi Everyone We are aware of a number of rumours going around about the indoor arena possibly closing as of 9.06.14. We wish to confirm that there is a high probability that this will happen within the next couple of months.  There is a Company who would like to use our indoor arena as a new children’s play activity centre where families can bring their children and be entertained. Planning Permission has been obtained and the legal process has commenced but there is no guarantee that this change will complete, but we wanted riders to be aware that is is probable. We will keep you all informed on progress and we are running our competitions as normal until such time as we advise otherwise. We hope you will all still support us at our forthcoming events and carry on hiring the arena as normal.

Hi Everyone After what has been a busy Winter and Spring series of competitions for us we wish to thank you all for all your support and appreciation on all the favourable comments we receive concerning the quality of our venue and organisation of competitions. We have now just returned from a short break and though Jill has been very ill lately we still intend running our popular competitions though the quantity will be reduced during the next few months. For those who have or intend to form a dressage team and have a go at the British Dressage Team Quest competitions for Novice riders, we will be running our next competition on Saturday 31st May.
