Please click on the event day you are interested in and this will provide you with more information on that event. If it is for a dressage event then you will see the entry ‘Online’ tab. If you click on this tab it will direct you to the dressage event entry form.
Once you have completed your entry form you can either submit a copy of the completed form in the post (or use our standard entry form which you can obtain from our ‘download tab’) with a cheque made payable to HFEC to reach us before the closing date or you can submit the form on-line and then just call us to make a card payment (late entries to be paid this way) over the phone or in person.
Remember there is a small card processing charge for this service.
If you wish to enter either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday dressage event, then please call Jill (07771 346512) on the Thursday before the event between 3.00pm – 5.00pm, to obtain your times. If you are entering a Tuesday evening competition then please call Jill on the Monday before the event between 3.00pm – 5.00pm to obtain your times.
We have also provided a key of event colours for ease of reference. Always feel free to call us should you have any queries concerning our events or entry on line, as we would be pleased to assist you.
Please be aware that should a competitor entering our dressage competitions either at ‘Affiliated’ or ‘Non Affiliated’ levels, and who would ideally like a commander may simply ask us when calling for their times, and Gary Rickards (Partner) will provide this service free of charge. Please note that the competitor is responsible for providing the test sheet.
