Please could competitors note in their diaries that our 6th Anniversary competition for dressage will be held on Saturday 19th January 2013 and our show jumping competition will be held on Sunday 20th January 2013. To celebrate our 6th year we will be awarding cups to the winners so put these dates in your diaries. We hope all those who attended our competition enjoyed the event, from what was also a lovely mild evening.  We provide a copy of the results below and look forward to seeing you all and others at our next evening competition to be held on the Tuesday 11th December. It was lovely to see you all at our show and all those smiling faces and red faces from those Mum’s and Dad’s running around the arena in-hand with their child’s pony!! We had some lovely feedback from competitors and new visitors to our premises so thank you for your kind remarks. We provide the results from this show below and congratulate everyone who competed. We have updated the Points and have now published the results incorporating our November show on Kids Corner, so take a look! The Rocket Dog Jumping Children’s SJ Fun Day held 4.11.12 Our next children’s show jumping event will be held on Sunday 2nd December and we need to try and start by 9.30am as we have adults joining us from 1.30pm, so if numbers dictate we will merge the last class, which should be fun.  We look forward to seeing you all at this

It was lovely to see so many children attending this competition and we hope to see you all and others at our next unaffiliated dressage competition to be held on Saturday 24th November 2012. The adult sections were also well supported and congratulations to all those who qualified for the Hartpury Championships in May 2013. Once a year we arrange a Children’s Gymkhana and are pleased to advise that this Christmas show will be held on Sunday 16th December 2012.  We can also confirm that Father Christmas is also booked so please put this date in your diaries and we hope to have a fun filled day.  Feel free to wear some fancy dress and you can put some decoration on your ponies / horses as long as it is safe and secure. Please remember to call Jill at least 4 days before the event so she can discuss with you the ‘surprise’ being arranged for the children. It was lovely seeing you all at our show and all those smiling faces and red faces from those Mum’s and Dad’s running around the arena in-hand with their child’s pony!! We had some lovely feedback from competitors and new visitors to our premises so thank you for your kind remarks.  One of them was from Mrs Turkington who wrote the following concerning her daughter Minnie who attended our venue for the first time in March this year. Minnie Turkington age 7 started at Home Farm in March 2012 with her first pony Smithy aged 8. Home Farm has given the pair tremendous amount of confidence with each other. They have gone from strength to strength, starting on lead reign in March and winning the last group March – August.  They have now moved to the unled section, cantering round, having great fun in the relaxed, safe, family friendly environment

Well-done to everyone who attend the dressage competition held today which all went to time, and special congratulations to those who have qualified for the Hartpury Championships to be held in May 2013. We are now into our  September to December 2012 series of points and we include the points recently gained from our October competition.
